Longlevens rugby club are looking to recruit an experienced Bar manager to facilitate and manage the day to day running of the busy bar, events programme, and catering in the rugby club.
The Bar manager will report to the Club committee and update on operational and financial procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience in: -
- Managing a robust staff rota taking into consideration of planned events.
- Day to day running of the bar and cellar management.
- Experienced in stock control routines and ordering process with breweries.
- Experience in event planning.
- Planned and organised approach to managing the day-to-day routines of the rugby club.
- Experience in managing health and hygiene processes
Key skills
- High levels of drive and motivation
- Experience in managing catering on a large scale.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication/ people skills
- Good IT skills
- Calm under pressure
