A well contested game , that had 2 evenly matched sides competing right to the end.

23mins – Longlevens try – The scrum Half Alfie picked up from a ruck and darted blind , the resultant ruck allowed prop Evan Smith to pick up and drive over the 10 yds to secure the try and first points to levens. Conversion was pulled left .

30 Mins – Longlevens try – An uncontested scrum at the left hand side of the pitch on the 22 yd line allowed a good platform where Number 8 Connor broke from the scrum and made good ground, 2 rucks later , Connor pick up short and drove over on the blind to score. Conversion was pulled left .

38 Mins – Thornbury Try – Thornbury went with a straight off the top lineout on 22 yd line, the scrum half drew 2 players and popped to the fly half who went straight through a gap in the defence to score under the posts. The conversion was missed as the ball fell from the Tee and the kicker hurried to drop kick the points but missed.
