Longlevens Men’s Mixed Ability side travelled to Stafford RFC and produced a dominant display to secure another impressive victory on the road.

From the first whistle, Levens let their rugby do the talking, playing with pace, physicality, and precision. Some superb attacking lines and powerful carries saw them race into a 0–31 lead, showcasing their ability to blend structure with heads up attacking rugby.

Alex Wade and Zach Jones both crossed for a brace of well-taken tries, capitalising on slick link play and relentless pressure. With Joe Edwards crashing over for his first try in Levens colours — a moment he and the team thoroughly enjoyed.

With just three substitutes available, Levens had to dig deep as the game wore on. Stafford took advantage of the tiring legs to get back into the contest, but the visitors’ early dominance ensured the result was never in doubt.

At full time, both sides shared mutual respect for a hard-fought, entertaining encounter.

⭐ Stafford’s Player of the Match for Longlevens: Elijah Mei

🤦‍♂ Dick of the Day: Jordan Rankinwoodhouse (again!) – when will he ever learn?!

A strong performance all round and another great day of inclusive rugby for Longlevens Rugby.
