Longlevens Rugby 3rds were put under early pressure by Stroud RFC 2nds as they passed the ball out wide to score a run away try soon after kick off. The theme would follow as Stroud went on to score 2 more tries. Longlevens 3rds showed some fight back just before half time with 2 quick try’s from Flynn. However, the fight back fell short as Stroud managed to score 4 more try’s in the 2nd half. It was a good effort from an inexperienced 3rd team and it’s good to have such strong numbers putting their hands up to play.
