Longlevens Colts travelled away to Chosen hill looking to build on a good start to the season.
From the start Longlevens put pressure on Chosen Hill restricting them too defend in there own 22. constant pressured resulted in Liam Murphy scoring conversion missed. Looking to continue the good start Longlevens had 2 tries held up. Chosen were defending well until some neat foot work from Longlevens fly half Akuila Tutora allowed him to score under the post and was successful with conversion. again not allowing Chosen Hill time to attack and get back in the game Longlevens thought they had scored from some neat passing and footwork but the ball was held up in the corner. 12-0 half time.
Longevens looking to build on the excellent first half maintained pressure on Chosen Hill but there defence stopped the score from increasing eventually Longlevens broke through with Rowan Masters scoring the conversion unsuccessful. after a darting run from the Longlevens prop Matt Richardson and scoring under the posts the try was disallowed due to an infringement. Chosen Hill continued pressing Longlevens but unable to break the defence. Longlevens managed to get back into the Chosen hill 22 after a quick tap penalty scored in the corner from Lawson Walker conversion successful from Luca Parry. The game turned in the final 20mins with Chosen Hill continuing to pressure the Longlevens defence but through some well worked defensive organisation Longlevens held Chosen hill without conceding and came away with the 24-0 win.
