AGM Rescheduled to Wednesday 18th August 6pm

 

Those present last year will remember that we moved our accounting year to fit in line with the rugby season. Therefore, the AGM is now a later date so the end-of-year accounts can be presented. This year the AGM will take place on Wednesday 18th August 6pm. The AGM is the memberships formal opportunity to engage with the committee on club issues. The agenda will include the financial position of the club, 2021/22 Season Membership rates, the strategic plan for the future of the club, and any other items of note. We would love to see more engagement from the Age Grade section of the club.

 

The AGM also involves the election of club officials, and we welcome nominations for all positions available on the committee.

The following roles have been identified as high priority:

  • Chairman
  • Safeguarding Officer (provide leadership on safeguarding ensure DBS checks in place)
  • Membership Secretary (Secure and manage memberships)
  • Data Officer (Monitor GMS and train users to keep up to date)
  • Maintenance Manager (maintain, repair, manage all facilities & equipment)
